About the Journal

In 1993–2003 An annual almanac was published under the title “Where is Russia going?”

From 2004 to 2021 annual almanac entitled “Paths of Russia”. Until 2021 inclusive, all issues were published in printed form. In 2023, two pilot issues were published as manuscripts.

Since 2024, the magazine has been published once a quarter online.

The position of the editors may not coincide with the opinion of the authors.

Materials published in the journal are distributed freely.
